Roberto Civita
Creator and Chief Editor of VEJA magazine since its launching in 1968, Roberto Civita took up Abril's Presidency in 1990. He is currently President of the Management Board and Editorial Director. He was born in Milan, in 1936. He graduated in Journalism and Economics from Wharton School, from the University of Pennsylvania, and has a postgraduate degree in Sociology from the Columbia University.

Victor Civita
Member of Abril Group's Management Board, he joined the company in 1990 as Programming & Production Director of MTV, being responsible for the TV channel's setting up in Brazil. He was also Programming & Production Director of TVA, of Abril Produções and Vice-President of the Youngster Unit at Editora Abril. He graduated in Political Sciences from Columbia University.

Carlos Griner
He is the Executive Director of Human Resources at Suzano Papel e Celulose and occupies the position of Deputy Chairman of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources – ABRH-SP. He worked at GE for over 10 years in Brazil, United States, and Mexico. He graduated in Civil Engineering from State University of Rio de Janeiro and has a master’s degree in Business Administration from COPPEAD – Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Hein Brand
He became a member of Grupo Abril’s Management Board in May 2006. He is General Director of Media24 and is also responsible for the global operations of MIH Print Media in Africa, China, Russia and India. He works in the boards of various companies of The Naspers Group, which he joined in 1998. He graduated in accounting, law and taxation from the Universities of Stellenbosch and of South Africa, and he is also a Certified Accountant (South Africa).

is a graduate in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP and Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He is the co-president of the Board of Directors at Natura, which he joined in 1983 as General Manager of one of the group’s companies. Currently he is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Studies in Industrial Development (IEDI), Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Quality Foundation (FNQ) and a member of the Councils of the Institute for Technological Research (IPT), the SOS Mata Atlantica Foundation, the Endeavor Entrepreneurship Institute, Fundação Dom Cabral and Totvs S/A.
