FUNDAÇÃO VICTOR CIVITA

Created in 1985, Fundação Victor Civita has the mission of contributing toward improving the quality of basic education, giving priority to public schools with less resources and invests in the Brazilian teacher as a professional, human being and citizen. It publishes the Nova Escola [New School] magazine, biggest communication channel with the Brazilian teacher and second largest national circulation among the magazines. The Foundation also produces the weekly guide Veja na Sala de Aula [Veja in the Classroom], which is distributed to public and private schools. The publication is a complementary and differentiated pedagogic tool that brings the facts from Brazil and from the world into the classroom.

Revista Nova Escola
It is Brazil's biggest education magazine and the main initiative of Fundação Victor Civita. Launched in March 1986, the aim of the publication is to contribute toward improving elementary education, disseminating information that have direct impact on the professional formation and perfecting of teachers.

With Nova Escola magazine, the teachers have access to novelties in the area and experiences of the biggest experts from Brazil and abroad.
